The Rottweiler in the photo above is Blitz vom Schloss Westerwinkel, who was one of Germany's earliest heavily used Rottweiler stud dogs and is in a great many pedigrees around the world. Blitz's sire was another heavily used Rottweiler stud in Germany, Axel von der Kappenbergerheide, SchH II, Gekort bis EzA, and Blitz's dam is Asta vom Afra-Haus.
